The Client Service Administrator acts as the day-to-day contact for approximately 35 Transfer Agency clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Coordinating service requests for dividends, annual meetings, tax form mailings and informational mailing, managing share issuance requests, problem resolution relating to both client and shareholder concerns, and small scale up-selling of additional services.
Some local travel may be required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum education requirement: Associate's degree from a 2 year college or university
2-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic knowledge of the securities markets and /or related field
Ability to build relationships through a proven track record or demonstrated skills in servicing clients
Ability to work cohesively in a team environment, as well as perform job functions independently
Strong overall skills working in a Windows environment
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work in various SQL and Windows databases to address requests and coordinate client services
