Thoroughly research and support functions in the following areas IPS Corporate Actions, Transfer Services, Tax, Escheat, Direct registration system, employee plans and others.
Resolve all inquiries within established turnaround standards.
Provide thorough written or verbal responses to inquiries as appropriate
Establish and develop relationships with key contacts across the organization
Resolve all issues by contacting other departments to achieve expeditious resolution of inquiries
Promptly recognize and address issues deemed sensitive
Meet productivity demands with minimal supervision
Provide feedback on permanently resolving issues against recurrence
Candidate must possess stock transfer and employee plans product knowledge. Skill levels include, strong reading comprehension, data input, business letter writing, and extensive investigative research, strong customer service orientation, strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
