Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) provides industry leading total plan management solutions for both contributory and non contributory plans to UK and global clients, including nine of the FTSE Top 20 companies. We manage six million employee records for participants in over 100 countries, with almost 1,000 clients utilising our full outsource platform. Over three million participants are managed on a fully outsourced basis, involving communications, data maintenance, onshore and offshore trustee and share dealing services for over £15 billion worth of shares and options.
Globally, Computershare offers its clients a range of comprehensive share plan services across a range of plan designs. Primarily the plans fall into three catagories and are all UK approved plans (Share Incentive Plan, Sharesave and Company Share Option Plan). In addition we handle a number of global plans for some very noteable FTSE 100 clients.
Main Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for all contribution administration of Employee Share Plans for clients. Also you will ensure that the contributions are applied accurately, on time and in accordance with agreed rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
To provide a quality administration service to clients and employees
Carry out processes relevant to the individual Plan requirements
Dealing with telephone enquiries and responding to written/electronic correspondence of varying complexity
Complying with quality service standards in terms of accuracy and timeliness
Work closely with your Team, Service Delivery Manager and other departments to ensure that all Plan events are carried out to the highest standard.
To apply company and employee contributions accurately and within agreed timescales
All financial reconciliations to be completed accurately and within set timescales
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues

This role is available on a 9 month fixed term contract (FTC)
