Processes, reviews and escheats unclaimed property. Assists management with routine to moderately complex escheatment research and processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides research assistance to internal/external customers (i.e. state administrators, vendors, relationship managers, shareholders)
Transmits common file or unexchanged file(s) to escheat agents
Schedules Trial/Final reports
Validates/determines eligible unclaimed property
Debits common file or unexchanged accounts for escheatment
Reconciles report discrepancies
Requests and acquires property from appropriate departments for delivery.
Files reports to escheat agent and/or state(s) by deadlines
Produces MIS reports
Tracks Estimated Revenue Accruals
Responds to State inquiries

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience with SCRIP and SCRIP Extract Reporting, strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized, strong analytical skills, problem solver, strong verbal and written communication skills
