Client Relationship Manager will service & manage one or more registry clients by effectively tracking and following up on client deliverables. The CR Manager will oversee a small number of large clients in a proactive, disciplined manner, anticipating & diagnosing client needs with an emphasis on growth. The role will utilize subject matter expertise and client knowledge to maximize client satisfaction/loyalty. The individual will follow-up on client service deliverables and assure all services are billed and will play a key role in managing all aspects of client projects.

Technical/shareholder services industry knowledge highly desirable. Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline (Finance, Economics, Marketing, Mgmt.) or 5 yr. demonstrated practical experience.
