•Train to analyze cost and potential revenue of programs.
•Learn to strategize the structure of the program and draft literature.
•Learn to coordinate with print/mail house to distribute literature to large population of shareholders.
•Understand how to maintain progress of inbound and outbound call campaigns through life of project – liaise with Call Center Supervisor.
•Learn to coordinate with Processing Department to process requests from shareholders.
•Learn to follow-up and coordinate with Transfer Agent regarding shares to be debited/credited - oversee the production of proceeds and refund checks.
•Understand the coordination and completion of stock trades in the open-market on behalf of participating shareholders.
•Understand how to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
