This position is responsible for research requests received by the Unclaimed Property (UCP) Administration Group. This includes all shareholder and state calls, e-mail requests and all general research items. Support of the UCP Administration Audit Specialist through assistance in researching accounts is also required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):
Process all research requests resulting from shareholder phone contact and state UCP office calls within an appropriate time frame.
Communicate with our vendors on general escheatment questions and delivery information to the states.
Assist departments outside of Unclaimed Property Services, on questions regarding the escheatment process.
Generate reports, review data and complete reports for clients upon request.
Coordinate all state projects for the UCP Administration Department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Understanding of the Unclaimed Property process required
• Strong SCRIP and SCRIP Extract reporting skills
• Very strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
• Possess a strong analytical ability, strong communication skills (both verbally and written)
• More than 4 years, up to 6 years related TA or Unclaimed Property experience
