ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Coordinates, within a pro-active sales and marketing role, the production of print and mail requirements for any line of business.
Coordinates with the design and programming areas the design and layout of all forms (i.e. checks, statements, proxies, tax forms, generic certificates, stock option grants, PIN letters, credit union statements, etc.)
Uses calculations to prepare quotes and follows through sales cycle to completion.
Liaises carefully with Relationship Managers and/or clients to determine their complete production requirements.
Liaises with other departments within CCS to ensure the best outcome is always achieved for the customer, whilst always recognizing internal requirements and situations.
Ensures the smooth running of all customer requirements by providing complete, professional and accurate job information by preparing a comprehensively detailed job brief for each job. Processes job bags completely from preparation through final copy sign off by the client.
Provides education on CCS services to clients.
Follows up in a timely manner with clients and suppliers on all components of a job.
Maintenance of the stock management system, in liaison with the Inventory Coordinator
Reviews all components of job bag to ensure proper billing for each completed job.
Maintains favorable client relationships to identify other sales opportunities and cyclical repeat business.
Prepares internal documentation and follows all ISO processes and procedures.
Investigates problems and resolves immediately.
Ability to work flexible hours;
Flexible to travel – quarterly visits to various business units or on an as needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS .
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position has no supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Word processing, spreadsheets, Internet, e-mail, Wintegrate, and database software knowledge is recommended.
