Responsible for the up-front review and validation as well as the continued processing or rejection of operational documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of source documents (e.g. transfer instructions, direct credit instructions, change of address requests etc.) for processing in accordance with existing business rules
Identifies and interprets data to be processed
Sorts operational documentation into relevant Workflow queues
Rejects documentation not meeting specific parameters, including creation of form rejection letters for all invalid documents
Has proficient knowledge of: transfer processing rules, legal transfer requirements, account maintenance transactions, DRIP and OCP processing rules, Correspondence and Research queries

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
